1. Pick Your Jewels

Select up to 5 pieces from this collection to try at home! Click the “Try Before You Buy” button when adding the eligible pieces to your cart.

2. Try On Your Pieces

Once your DRD package arrives you’ll have 7 days to try on your pieces and pick your faves. Be sure to keep all packaging materials to use to ship back any unwanted items.

3. Pay for what you keep

For any pieces you don’t love, visit our returns portal within 7 days to initiate a free return. You’ll only be charged for the items you decide to keep!

FAQs

When do I have to return my items by?

All Try Before You Buy trials are 7 days. You must return all unwanted items 7 days from the date you receive them in the mail. If the product is not shipped back within 7 days of delivery, your card will be charged. If you choose to keep nothing, a $10 restocking fee will be charged.

Why is there an authorization on my card?

Similar to booking a hotel or rideshare, we reserve the funds in case you decide to keep all your items. An authorization is not a charge - you'll only be charged for what you keep.

Do I get free shipping or free returns?

Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders over $300, you can view our shipping rates here.

I initiated my return, why is my card being re-authorized?

Banks have limits for how long a hold can be valid. We are likely still processing your return. As soon as your return is approved, your card will be charged only for what you kept and will no longer require re-authorizations.

My trial ended and I was charged, but now I want to return something. Is this still possible?

Yes, you can still return eligible items within our standard return window - 14 days upon delivery.

Is this available in all countries?

The program is currently available in the US only.
