Paper bag designer purses…we are intrigued!
These interesting designer-esq paper bags are created by Wonder Anatomie, a clothing and accessories label from Bangkok, Thailand.
We can’t imagine they would be able to hold very much as far as practicality is concerned, but they would make a cute (and cheap) alternative to their $2,000 real purse equivalents.
Would you get a Celine paper bag??

ORD to LAX, back to ORD, ORD to JFK…. it really never ends.
Not like DRD is complaining, but we are always on the run! Besides always remembering to take vitamins to stay clear of sickness (there is no time in this industry to be sick!) and keeping our iPhones fully charged, there are a few things we always need when we travel. And then when it comes to our outfits, comfort is definitely key.
Lately we have been living out of the PS1 handbag. It’s large enough to store the iPhone, as well as our iPad which we can’t live without when traveling (hello in flight internet!). Our go to leather accessory designer Symthson passport cover also fits perfectly into the PS1.
Then comes the travel outfit. Allow us to break it down for you:
1. Rag & Bone black legging jeans never disappoint. They are the Lululemon’s of denim!
2. We also love Rag & Bone’s sweaters, especially the looser fitting ones
3. When it comes to boots… 2 words: Loeffler Randall
4. Never carry on your DRD jewels, wear em! We love the Emily Sarah for an everyday earring & the Lauren Joy bracelets are great to layer (Just ask Dana’s sister Jennifer who always layers them!)
So as we finish up this post, we are about to head east to NYC!

After a crazy work week, we finally got to tune into our DVR today and watch It’s a Brad Brad World. Illicit crush still? Oh yes! From his quick witted one liners to his fashion sense (duh!), we are head over heels for him.
All of us at DRD could not be more excited for the entire season of It’s a Brad Brad World! We also want to send him a big congrats for being named Kate Spade’s exclusive brand Stylist! #TeamBrad

Organize That Handbag in 2012

Are you like us living out of your PS1?? Well if you are… take a deep breath and relax… we are going to break it down for you on how to keep that Ps1 (or any handbag) organized!
Whether its an extra pair of shoes or Rosebud salve rolling around in your handbag making it impossible to find your business cards… rest assure, we have our favorite accessories to store in your handbag to keep it all accessible!
Are you always on the run from one place to the next like us needing a spare pair of shoes? The “Eddie Ballet Flat” by Torch Burch is a fav of ours because its small enough to keep in your purse without any added weight, plus they look chic on and come in a ton of different colors!
Credit cards, biz cards, and keys?! We swear by the Louis Vuitton Key pouch to keep all these things accessible and easy to find. The LV pouch is big enough to store that Barney’s NY CC and your ID, but you can also clip on your keys.
Rosebud salve, eye drops, and Diorshow tend to be thrown into the mix too, so in comes the Bottega Veneta leather case to keep all of it together.We love the woven leather!

PS- Purge your purse once a week of unnecessary coins and store them in a jar at home. This will keep your purse light and once it’s full you can trade them in for some DRD cash!
Time To Jet Set

In just a few short weeks it will be that time of the year again to head overseas to work on my next collection! This time I decided to mix it up a bit and travel to Thailand and have a stopover in India before I head to see my DRD production team in Hong Kong. I could not be more excited to explore these places and get lost in their culture, specifically Bangkok, as it will be my first time there!! Diamonds and handbags may be two loves of my life, but food is definitely another love of mine! I would love any and all suggestions for restaurants, fun places to grab after dinner drinks, and of course, shopping destinations in Thailand, Mumbai, Hong Kong, and Bangkok!
